Nothing beats a good and comforting bowl of goodness that warms your stomach — especially when you’re in the very cold weather of Tassie. This restaurant got a wide range of authentic Japanese ramen. 🤤

I had the duck noodles, it tasted amazing! Most places would scam you and put as little meat as possible in the dish however, here they almost put too much meat in my noodles!! Really nice environment here. Not overpriced, but not cheap either. Really happy with my experience here. Recommend 10/10

The only japanese restaurant I'll visit in Hobart. This place is walk-in distance from Central Car Park. The food seems to be high quality ingredients that can be called 'Real Japanese Dishes'. I will come back for sure!

The food is pretty good quality especially considering how it’s pretty affordable. Also the restaurant has a really good atmosphere inside, I recommend this place as one of the best Japanese restaurants to go in the Hobart CBD.

Formerly Koma Ramen, Ajikoma is clean, comfortable and affordable. The staff are polite and efficient, the service is always fast, the food is always excellent. It tastes fresh and makes me feel good about myself when I eat it - like I've just done a detox for my body. And my soul. Their ingredients are quality, so is the presentation. The ramen are ridiculously good, the sashimi makes me question my existence outside the restaurant - why am I wasting my life not eating every meal here? Nobody knows. They also do takeaway.

Has been an amazing experience. Ramen with two half eggs, rarely seen. The perfect amount of each ingredient. The taste of the mushrooms and seaweed it's perfectly tasted and you have at the table sesame seeds to add, I could really feel them was an original thing to try. Nice to find a vegetarian option of ramen on the menu. The portion was abundant and the price razonable. The service was very nice and the waiting time was okay. Would definitely recommend this restaurant for a great ramen at Hobart.
